Tibo – Success Comes with Tons of Experiments

Just saw a tweet by Tibo (@tibo_maker on X) and it’s one of the issues any startup founder will face sooner than later.

Microsaas People Give Up Too Early

I wholeheartedly agree with that. It really takes a lot of time to build value. That’s why it takes a long time.

This is because you have lots of assumptions what the clients would want and try to validate them.

Most of the time you may not have the necessary skills to do that and have to either develop those new skills or hire another motivated person to help you on your journey.

The journey is that you as a founder work on your self improvement which addresses all the limiting beliefs about money, success, judgement, selling, marketing, communication skills etc and also the journey of the product. The market decides what they find valuable.

It doesn’t matter if you spent 10 or 100 hours. The market will have the final say. It always does.

Experiments and Iterations

You don’t know what would work or if it would be received well until you release it. There will be some feedback and that’s always good.

It will shape the future of the startup, so value it because some people just ignore the issues and silently cancel or stop using the product.

Most people don’t fail enough.
They don’t learn enough.
They are not consistent enough.

True. Many successful entrepreneurs have a long list of attempts before their big win.

Somebody also shared a nice Sal Altman video; Tnovs @Tnovss

I’ve personally realized that you learn so much by doing stuff. These lessons help you grow as a person and also help you grow the business as well.

… then comes the question how can do you more?

The answer is taking care of your mind, body and soul.
